تحترم علامة «فازي» خصوصية عملائها وتلتزم بحماية البيانات الشخصية التي تتم مشاركتها معنا. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط البيانات التي تقدّمينها لنا طواعية عند التواصل أو الطلب، وتشمل:
- الاسم
- رقم الهاتف أو رقم الواتساب
- البريد الإلكتروني (في حال تمت مشاركته)
- تفاصيل الطلب أو المقاسات المطلوبة
قد يتم جمع هذه البيانات عبر نموذج تواصل داخل منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (مثل إعلانات فيسبوك وإنستغرام وسناب شات)، أو عبر الواتساب، أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- الرد على استفساراتك ومعالجة طلبك.
- التواصل معك بخصوص التصاميم والمقاسات ومواعيد التسليم.
- إعلامك بالتشكيلات أو العروض الجديدة، في حال رغبتِ بذلك.
لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض آخر دون موافقتك.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية. قد تتم مشاركة الحد الأدنى من البيانات مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا في تشغيل أعمالنا (مثل خدمات البريد الإلكتروني أو التوصيل)، وذلك فقط بالقدر اللازم لإتمام الخدمة.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحمايتها
نحتفظ ببياناتك للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالمتطلبات النظامية، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحمايتها من الوصول غير المصرّح به أو الإفصاح.
حقوقك
يمكنكِ في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو إيقاف التواصل التسويقي، وذلك بمراسلتنا على info@fazi.qa.

عند تفاعلك مع إعلاناتنا أو صفحاتنا على منصات خارجية، تخضع بياناتك أيضاً لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المنصات، ونحن لا نتحكم بها.
